The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 14th June, 2007.
A perusal of the writ petition indicates that the the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 15th June, 2007 before the Director General, Railway Protection Force, Railway Board, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said representation has not been disposed of as yet.
Sri Govind Saran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has stated that the said representation shall be disposed of expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the the said representation has not been decided, the Director General, Railway Protection Force, Railway Board, New Delhi shall pass an appropriate order on the said representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before him.
