Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that in the present case the applicants and two other accused are named in the F.I.R The co-accused Manoj whose case was on the same footing has been released on bail by this court on 17.11.2006 in criminal misc. bail 25035 of 2006, therefore, the applicants are also entitled to get the benefit of parity.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Kali, Hukum Chand and Nirmal involved in case crime no. 557 of 2006 under Sections147,148,302,201 I.P.C., P.S. Thana Bhawan District Muzaffar Nagar be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
