The petitioner is aggrieved by the engagement of private respondent no.4 Manoj Kumar as Shiksha Mitra.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the domicile certificate submitted by the said private respondent is incorrect and the Tehsildar has also conducted an enquiry in this matter. For the said purpose he has also filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Bareilly but no orders have been passed as yet.
Learned Standing Counsel has stated that the District Magistrate, Bareilly shall decide the representation expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the District Magistrate, Bareilly has not passed any order on the representation filed by the petitioner, he may do so expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed by the petitioner before him after hearing the parties concerned.
