Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of without calling for counter affidavit.
The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 9.6.2007 passed by respondent no.2 and the order dated 10.6.2007 passed by respondent no.3, whereby he has been transferred from Mathura to district Mainpuri. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that although he is prepared to be transferred outside district Mauthura but due to certain personal problems he is unable to go to Mainpuri. He has, thus, prayed that instead of Mainpuri, the petitioner may be transferred to some other district. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent authorities, which has yet not been decided.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that in case if, with regard to his grievances made in this writ petition, the petitioner files a fresh comprehensive representation before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Agra Region,Agra, respondent no.2 alongwith a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the same.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to cost.
