HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Vineet Saran, J.

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. for the respondents.

By means of the impugned order dated 1.5.2007 passed by Additional District Judge, Etah the revisionist has been summoned under section   364 I.P.C.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I do not find any good ground for interference with the impugned order. However, keeping in view the fact that the revisionist was not initially named in the first information report, it is provided that in case if the revisionist surrenders before the court concerned within ten days from today and files an application for grant of bail, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation this revision is disposed of.
