Supplementary affidavit has been filed, which may be taken on record.

The revisionist-accused has surrendered in Trial Court concerned and he has been sent to Jail in pursuance of the impugned order.

Heard parties' counsel and perused the record.

The revisionist was on bail during trial and appeal and the bail has not been mis-used.

Hence, Revision is hereby admitted for hearing.

Issue notice fixing 27.07.2007.

The record of criminal case No. 3385 of 1994 (State Vs. Mohan Lal) under Section 7/16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, P.S. Meja, District Allahabad be summoned.

The revisionist shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. The amount of fine be deposited within a month.
