Heard Sri Aditya Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been made accused on the basis of three cases, in which he has been granted bail. Hence, bail should be granted to the applicant in this case also.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed although the bail has been opposed by learned A.G.A.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may be granted bail in this case also.
Let the applicant Aas Mohammad S/o Sri Munna involved in Case Crime No. 49 of 2007, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Kharkhauda, District Meerut be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
