Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the record.
It is submitted that the applicants are on bail in all the cases on the basis of which they have been implicated in this case.
The aforesaid averment has not been disputed although the bail has been opposed by learned A.G.A.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicants may be granted bail in this case now.
Let the applicants Ambika Singh S/o Late Ram Raj Singh, Rajnath Singh S/o Late Ram Raj Singh and Amar Bahadur Singh S/o Sri Ambika Singh involved in Case Crime No. 56 of 2007, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Kaptanganj, District Azamgarh be released on bail on their executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
