Heard Sri Ashish Sahgal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that on the basis of five cases, the applicant has been implicated in the instant case. In three cases, the applicant has been acquitted and in other two cases, he has been granted bail. Hence, bail should be granted to the applicant in this case also.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed although the bail has been opposed by learned A.G.A.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may be granted bail in this case also.
Let the applicant Chhottan @ Ranjeet Pasi S/o Late Ram Prasad Pasi involved in Case Crime No. 42 of 2006, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Pipari, District Kaushambi be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
