Heard Sri Rudreshwari Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the record.
It is submitted that the applicant wanted to take 200 Ltr. Petrol on the forged parchi of Election Commission.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and no such incident as alleged has been occurred. Next submission is that the applicant was not having any container and forged case has been concocted by the police with a view to falsely implicate the applicant.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may be granted bail in this case now.
Let the applicant Haider Ali S/o Sri Mohd. Haroon Ansari involved in Case Crime No. 547 of 2007, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. P.S. Katghari, District Moradabad be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
