Heard Sri Devesh Kumar Sigh learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
It is submitted that the bail has been granted to the applicant in the case on the basis of which he has been implicated in instant case.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the applicant may be granted bail in the case.
Let the applicant Jang Bahadur Pasi S/o Ram Dular involved in Case Crime No. 881 of 2006, under section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S. Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
