Heard Sri Anooop Trivedi learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
Certain CDs are said to have been recovered from the applicant's shop.
It is submitted that no witness of public was called at the time of alleged recovery and the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
Next submission is that section 420 is not made out and other offences are bailable.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the applicant may be granted bail in the case.
Let the applicant Manmohan Agarwal S/o Ramesh Chandra involved in Case Crime No. 490 of 2007, under section 292 & 420 IPC and 51, 52, 63 and 68 Copy Right Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 20000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
