Heard Sri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the record.
Certain material of preparing the fake driving licence is said to have been recovered from the applicant.
It is submitted that the applicant did not sell any driving licence to any person and he did not use the so called fake licence. Next submission is that the applicant is in jail for the last about five months.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merit, the applicant may be granted bail in this case now.
Let the applicant Om Veer S/o Mahipal involved in Case Crime No. 58 of 2007, under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 I.P.C. P.S. Baraut, District Baghpat be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
