Heard Sri M. Sarwar Khan learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
It is submitted that the bail in case under section 394 IPC has been granted by this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 13457 of 2007 vide order passed today i.e. 27.06.2007 and since the applicant is on bail in other cases, hence he would be granted bail in instant case also.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the applicant may be granted bail in the case.
Let the applicant Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava S/o Shiv Mohan Srivastava involved in Case Crime No. 235 of 2007, under section 3 (1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Line Bazar, District Jaunpur be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
