Sri Samit Gopal Advocate, has filed memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1, which is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

There is no need to issue notice of O.P. No. 2 as no adverse order has been passed against him.

Put up on 5th July 2007.

In the meantime counter affidavit may be filed.

Till then, operation and effect of the impugned order dated 10.05.2007  passed by the Sessions Judge Muzaffarnagar  shall remain stayed.
