Having heard parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, appellants may be granted bail, because they were on bail in Trial Court, which has not been misused.
Let the appellants Omkar, Pappoo, Munna and Atiraj be released on bail on their executing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
On depositing half amount of fine, recovery of remaining half amount shall remain stayed.
