Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents and have perused the record.
The petitioner is an accused in case crime no.179 of 2006 and case crime no. 965 of 2003 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police station Sinhanigate, Ghaziabad. She has filed this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer that her bail applications be considered on the same day.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within two weeks from today and apply for grant of bail, her bail application shall be considered in accordance with law, expeditiously taking into account that she is a lady and it shall make every endeavour to decide her bail application on the same day of its filing.
With the aforesaid observations/direction this petition is finally disposed.
