By order dated 12.12.2003 this court dismissed the writ petition against respondent Nos. 3 to 19 under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court. The writ petition arises out of an appeal under the Payment of Wages Act. The respondent Nos. 3 to 19 were the contesting respondents in whose absence the writ petition cannot be proceeded as such the writ petition is dismissed.
