The allegation of the petitioner is that after the dismissal of the writ petition filed by the Committee of Management, Panch Sheel Inter College, Fatehganj, district Jaunpur  as a consequence petitioner has become Manager of the Institution but the concerned District Inspector of Schools is not permitting the petitioner to function as Manager.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

I have perused the order dated 19.04.2007 passed by this Court in Writ petition No.60155 of 2007.

There is nothing in the order to show that any direction has been issued that the petitioner will function as Manager of the Institution.  Therefore, in my view, the allegation of any violation of the order dated 19.04.2007 is not sustainable. If in consequence of the order dated 19.04.2007, the petitioner claims to function as Manager stand and the petitioner has any grievance in this regard, it is open to the petitioner to raise its grievance before the appropriate Forum.

With the aforesaid observations, contempt petition stand dismissed.
