This is   a writ petition against the F.I.R.   lodged  in case crime no. 5 of  2007, under Section ¾ R.P. U.P. Act , P.S. R.P.F.  Post Gorakhpur,  District  Gorakhpur.

We have heard the  counsel for the petitioner  and  the  A.G.A. for the  State.

We see no justification to  interfere.

However,  if the petitioner surrenders and applies  for bail  in the aforesaid  case  his bail application may be  considered   expeditiously.

With these observations, the writ petition  is dismissed.
