The allegation of the petitioner is that the respondents have violated the order dated 15.02.1990 passed by Upper Munsif XVI, Azamgarh. Petitioner has an alternative remedy to move the application under Order 39 Rule 2-A of C.P.C. before the authority concerned. In view of the above, Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. However, in case if the petitioner moves an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A of C.P.C., learned Court is requested to dispose of the application within two weeks from the date of filing of the application, by giving opportunity to the party concerned.

With the aforesaid observation, contempt petition stand dismissed.
