Sri A. N. Rai, has filed affidavit of compliance on behalf of Opp. Party no. 1.  Sri A. K. Trivedi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2.  Sri N. L. Pandey, submitted that the order has not been complied with, though, he has been working as a Clerk, but salary has not been paid.   He prays for and is granted a weeks time to file reply.  Learned Counsel for the opp. Party no. 2 is also allowed a weeks time to file reply.
