Compliance affidavit has already been filed by the respondent, in which, an objection has been filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Sri R. P. Dubey, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the other amounts have been paid, but 10% of the compound interest and the Insurance amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 5.5.2006, has not been paid till today, for which, no valid reasons has been given and in this way, order has not been complied with in full spirit and substance. He further submitted that for withholding 10% of the Compound interest, the petitioner is also entitled for the interest.
Learned Counsel for the opp. Party Sri Amar Nath Tewari appeared on behalf of the respondent prays for and is granted a months time to file reply and show cause as to why 10% of the Compound interest and the Insurance amount as directed by this Court, has not been paid and further to explain that why for withholding of the Compound interest, further interest, be not imposed.
