Sri K. R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel has filed affidavit on behalf of Opp. Party stating therein that the petitioner has been engaged as a Seasonal Collection Amin.  He further submitted that the process for regularization is going on and necessary decisions in this regard may be taken.  Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is true that the petitioner has been engaged as a Seasonal Collection Amin, but the salary has not been paid since July, 2006.  In this respect, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed time to seek instructions in this regard.
