In the meantime, investigation may be continued but the petitioner will  not be arrested in case crime no. 465 of 2007 under rules 3, 57 and 70 of UP Minor Mineral and (Concession) Rules, 1963; Section 4 and 21 of Mines and Mineral Act, 1957 and section 379 IPC,  Police Station Chopan, District Sonbhadra till the next date of listing or till submission of the police report under section 173(2) Cr.PC, whichever is earlier.
