Hon'ble Rajes Kumar, J.

The allegation of the petitioner is that the respondent has not yet decided the matter in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 28.10.2006 passed in Writ Petition No.11211 of 2004 though no time has been fixed in the order to decide the matter but it is expected from the respondent to decide the matter within a reasonable period. Since about eight months have been passed and the matter has not yet been decided, respondent is directed to decide the matter expeditiously in accordance to law preferably within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid observations, petition stand dismissed.
