1. This is a writ petition against the FIR in case crime no. 124 of 2006 under section 384, 342, 506, IPC, police station Colonel Ganj district Allahabad.

2. In this case counter affidavit has been filed indicating therein that charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of this, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
