Heard Sri U.C. Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ranjit Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 and 3.

The petitioner has already deposited more than Rs. 10,00000/- with the respondent no. 3 i.e. Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Khand, Distribution Division II, Laldiggi, Aligarh.   If the petitioner moves an objection within a period of three weeks, the same shall be decided within one month thereafter.

Till the decision of the objection of the petitioner, the auction of the cold storage of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
