Ashok Kumar v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 69281 of 2006 RD-AH 1141 (18 January 2007)
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J.
Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh,J.
It appears that the land of agriculturists was taken without granting them compensation and thereafter writ petition No. 32729 of 1998 was filed which was allowed on 14.10.1999 directing the District Judge to initiate the compensation proceedings.Out of those proceedings, two cases i.e. Case no. 114/2000 and 115 /2000 are pending in the Court of respondent No.3. In these proceedings the petitioner had filed his objection claiming compensation, which has not been decided. Hence the present writ petition.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the objection filed by the petitioner.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
