List this petition for admission after service upon respondent no. 4.

In the meantime, investigation may be continued but the petitioners  will not be arrested in case crime no. 560 of 2007 under sections  498-A, 312 and 314, I.P.C.  police station Kotwali   district  Mathura  till the next date of listing or  till submission of the police report under section 173 Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier provided they co-operate in investigation.
