HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Petitioner claimed that the salary has not been released by the respondents and for the aforesaid claim, he filed a Writ Petition no. 17008/06.  This court vide order dated 29.03.06 has directed the Opp. Parties to decide the matter by a reasoned and speaking order.  Sri K. Shahi appears on behalf of Opp. Party no. 3 and filed affidavit of compliance annexing a order dated 07.07.07, by which, the claim of the petitioner has been decided by a reasoned order.

In view of the above, the order has been complied with.  Notice is discharged.  The petition is dismissed.

In case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the Opp. Parties, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate Forum.
