Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the F.I.R.
The writ petition in respect of petitioners no. 5 and 6 ( Brijesh and Vinay Kumar respectively ) is dismissed .
So far as it relates to petitioners no. 1 to 4, issue notice.
Notice on behalf of respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 has been accepted by the learned A.G.A.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 by Registered Post.
List this petition for admission after service upon respondent no. 4.
In the meantime, investigation may be continued but the petitioners no. 1 to 4, i.e. Archana, Maya, Sona and Kamlawati, will not be arrested in case crime no.237 of 2007 under sections 147, 323, 325, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. police station Kotwali Bansi district Siddharth Nagar till the next date of listing or till submission of the police report under section 173 Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier, provided they cop-operate in investigation.
It is clarified that this interim order is only in respect of petitioners no. 1 to 4 as mentioned above.
