Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the husband of the victim has already filed a suit for restitution of Conjugal Rights, in district court. Present impugned FIR has been lodged as counter blast and the allegations made therein are false and concocted, as the petitioners are alleged to have approached parental house of victim and made demand of dowry.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case the investigation into the case crime no. 30 of 2007, under section 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and ¾ D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Meerut, has not been concluded till today, the same shall be concluded within a period of 3 months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order and till then the arrest of the petitioners shall not be effected, provided they co-operate with the investigation.
