Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

    Sri Devendra Swaroop, learned counsel for the applicants states that against the decree of the first appellate court he wants to file a second appeal and this revision may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicants to file a second appeal.

        As prayed the civil revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicants to file a second appeal. Certified copies of the impugned orders may be returned to the counsel for the applicants.
