This is   a writ petition against    the  F.I.R.  dated  18.1.2007  lodged  in case crime no. 9 of  2007, under Sections 323   325,504,506 IPC  and section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act, P.S.Trilokpur, District  Siddharth Nagar.

We have heard the  counsel for the petitioners  and  the  A.G.A. for the  State.

We see no justification to  interfere.

However,  if the petitioners surrender and apply  for bail  in the aforesaid  case,  their bail application will be  considered   expeditiously.

With these observations the writ petition  is dismissed.
