The allegation of the petitioner is that despite the service of the order dated 21.03.03 passed in Writ Petition No. 32397/91, respondents have not complied with the order.

Issue notices to the respondents to show cause as to why the action may not be taken for non compliance of the order returnable within four weeks.  Respondent need not to appear in person.

The record of the Writ Petition no. 32397/1991 is detached.  

The office is directed to list the said Writ Petition before the appropriate Bench expeditiously.
