Against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Madhiyahun, District Jaunpur dated 30.12.2006 respondents have filed revision under Section 219 of the Land Revenue Act along with an interim stay application. The Revisional Authority by means of the order dated 4.1.2007 has stayed the operation of the impugned order pending hearing of the revision. This order is challenged in the present writ petition.
In the opinion of the Court interest of substantial justice would be served if the revision itself is directed to be decided finally by the Revisional Court. Accordingly the Revisional Court is directed to decide the revision strictly in accordance with law, preferably within eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
Writ petition is disposed of.
