Notice on behalf of respondents no. 1  and 2  has been accepted by the learned A.G.A.

Issue notice to respondent no. 3 by Registered Post.

List this petition for admission after service upon respondent no.3.

In the meantime, investigation may be continued but the petitioners  will not be arrested in case crime no. 338 of 2007 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 500, I.P.C.  police station Sadar Bazar district Mathura  till the next date of listing or  till submission of the police report under section 173 Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier,  provided  they  co-operate  in investigation. This order shall have no effect upon any civil proceedings between the parties.
