HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

Nobody is present even in the revised reading of the cause list.

Under the impugned order it has been recorded that the Plot No. 239 is recorded as Gaddha in the revenue records meant for storing of Khad for public at large.  Petitioner has admittedly encroached upon the said plot of land.   The order passed in proceedings under Section 122-B of the UPZA&LR Act directing eviction and compensation to be paid by the petitioner is legally justified and does not warrant any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Writ petition is dismissed.
