HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

Petitioner who claims to be a resident of village Takipur, Post Khas, District Aligarh alleges to have made a representation, for the Pond of the village being restored to its original shape after taking all appropriate action against the encroachment effected.  The representation of the petitioner has not been considered.  Hence the present writ petition.

In the opinion of the Court interest of substantial justice would be served if liberty is granted to the petitioner to  file a representation before the District Magistrate, Aligarh within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order.  On such a representation being made the District Magistrate, respondent no. 2 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order preferably within four weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of.
