Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed by leaned counsel for the petitioner is that representation of the petitioner dated 9.12.2005, filed alongwith the writ petition at page 22, be directed to be decided by the District Inspector of Schools expeditiously.
In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending, ends of justice will be served in directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion with regards to the merits of the claim of the petitioner and it is for the District Inspector of Schools to consider all aspects of the matter and take appropriate decision in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
