HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

The Commissioner, Basti Mandal, Basti under the impugned order has recorded that the Sub Divisional Magistrate required the petitioner to produce the relevant records.  The records were not produced however pressure was created upon the Enquiry Officer through some outsiders.  It has further been recorded that at the time of verification of the records at the shop of the petitioner, he created a situation whereby verification could not be done.

In view of the aforesaid facts this Court is not inclined to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at the behest of such a petitioner who obstruct inspection by authorities legally authorized to do so.

Writ petition is dismissed.
