Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the direction given by this Court on 09.05.2006, the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Chandauli has not decided the matter.  Though, it appears that the aforesaid order has been communicated by the Asstt. Registrar on 20.05.06.

In view of the above, the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Chandauli is directed to explain as to why despite the order of this Court, the matter has not been disposed of.  Let this order be communicated to the concern officer.
