Petitioner seeks disposal of his pending revision application under Section 12 (C) (6) of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam.

In the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Revisional Authority to consider and decide the Revision application made by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
