Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Perused the allegations of the First Information Report.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4, who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit within the said period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List this case thereafter.
Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners namely Benhu Lal, Monu and Smt. Shivpati w/o Sri Benchu Lal involved in case crime No. 21 of 2007 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Allahabad shall remain stayed provided they co-operate with the investigation.
