In paragraph 5 of the affidavit, it is, stated that in compliance to the order passed by this Court, the Mark-sheet of the petitioner has been corrected and vide letter dated 21.5.07 sent the same to the District Inspector of Schools, Shahjahanpur.
In view of the above, notice is discharged. The petition is dismissed.
