Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the transfer order dated 27.6.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner's retirement is to take place on 1.8.2008 and the transfer at this stage is not in conformity with the transfer policy as circulated by Government order dated 24.5.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already represented to the Director of Education, U.P. Lucknow on 12.7.2007 Annexure-9 to the writ petition.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has already submitted representation to the Director of Education, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing that the representation of the petitioner be considered and disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of
