This is a writ petition   against F.I.R. dated 12.6.2007 in case crime no. 271 of 2007 under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471, I.P.C.   police station Mandi  Saharanpur  district  Saharanpur.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner  and the learned A.G.A for the respondents.

                                                                      The counsel for the petitioner states that  petitioner has been arrested. The writ petition has become infructuous and  it is dismissed.
