Learned standing counsel appears for the respondents no. 1 to 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioner No.1 was appointed in September, 2001 and the petitioner No. 2 was appointed in August, 2002 and thereafter they are continuously working as Assistant Teacher in Police Modern School 9th Bn. P.A.C., Moradabad. Petitioners' case is that they have been paid salary regularly but the salary of May and June, 2007 has not been paid . It is further contended that neither any order dismissing their services has been passed nor they were given any kind of notice.
Considering the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, an interim mandamus is issued directing the respondent no. 3 to pay salary to the petitioners of the aforesaid months within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order or to show cause within the said period.
