In Writ Petition no. 64160 of 2006, the petitioner has raised the grievance for non payment of salary for the period during which, she actually worked.
The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by order dated 24.11.2006 and directed the petitioner to file a representation before the Basic Shikcha Adhikari, Mirzapur and the Basic Shikcha Adhikari was directed to decide the representation within four weeks from the date of presentation of Certified copy of the order. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed the representation by registered post on 30.12.06, but the saidh representation has not yet been decided.
In view of the above, in order to provide one more opportunity to the Opp. Party, the petitioner is directed to file the copy of this order alongwith the copy of the order dated 24.11.2006 and copy of representation within a period of ten days and the Opp. Party is directed to disposed of the representation within another period of three weeks by any means.
With the aforesaid direction, contempt petition stand disposed of.
